Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. 

Why is the pickup service unavailable?
At times, certain PIN codes may not be serviceable for return pickup. In such instances, return option is not available.

What are the refund options?
The amount will be credited in the form of gift card and will be directly send on the registered email address

How soon will I receive the refund?
Giftcard will be issued within 24 working hours of the pickup.
