Refund Policy

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed in the form of SNUG24 giftcard/ discount code. The giftcard/discount code  will be send on registered email address through email after the returned product reaches our warehouse. The shipping fee is not refundable. 

How to use the giftcard?

Copy the SNUG24 giftcard code and paste it inside the giftcard/ discount code box at website checkout  to avail the amount. 

How do I return an item?

Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Which items shall not be eligible for return?

Any product that is returned without all original packaging and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery. Any item that have been worn or washed.
